I also read on Brickset that no more series 1 figs are being made - if you want them, find stock now or pay over the odds later (some of the mark-ups on BL, e-bay or Amazon already are pretty nasty :x ). Some people are complaining they've never seen them in stock where they are - rough luck :( . I owe thanks to Bigspedros for posting on here that he'd seen them in WH Smiths.

As friend told me lego mini figures series 2 are already on sale in Legoland Billund. I'm going on holiday to Legoland Billund. If they really are I buy them and I make some pictures of it. :)

You're right - Although I heard about no more manufacture, they still have them in two toy stores in my hometown, plus a newsagents (WH Smith) and they've now started appearing at a supermarket I use :D

My local branch of the entertainer still scan the barcodes too if you ask! Walked in the other day, walked out with two zombies! Quality.

I checked my local retailer for collectible figs and they had sold the last of series one in the morning (been there yesterday). She also said it'll be mid to late august for series 2 to show up here in Germany...

Well as you have had at least one box in one of your stores then we know they have gotten into your area, however series one is no longer being produced. Therefore i doubt you will get anymore boxes, it seems to me that your stores either a, decided they didn't want any or b, under ordered one them.

This has been a common problem with many stores, plus Lego have said that they failed to anticipate the the demand for them.

uujhiu, I'm just up the road from you in the Charlotte area. I only saw 3 instances of them, twice at a very popular TRU & once at the Lego store. There just weren't that many distributed. I got lucky seeing them at the Lego store, and they didn't last long. You could tell they'd only recently stocked them because people were going nuts. The 2 finds at TRU were almost a stalking on my part till I found them. If the series one distribution "schedule" holds the same for series two, we should see them in the southeast in about a week. Maybe less. I checked the same TRU on Wed and had no results, but I'm about to step up my visits. Oh, also, don't waste your time at Target. I know some people said they've gotten them there or seen them in the system, but nothing in this region. Good luck.
Disclosure of location should be required when listing your finds!

Well, got my full set of 16 series 2, plus some extras I wanted. Had to trawl a few stores with my barcode sheet to get them all - anybody else notice that S2 is selling quicker than S1? I spoke to the guy behind the counter in a local independant toy store while I was checking codes and he said they had sold a whole box of S2 in the first afternoon they were put out, whereas before they were taking days to sell a box a few at a time. It seems kids have cottoned on to the barcode sheets and are far more aware of this wave than the last one - AFOLs, you know who your competition is.

Oh, and I successfully used the WH Smith Privilige voucher for the second time. 10 figs for £14.90 :D
