The New Tie Army Guidelines!

Welcome to the new Guidelines for the Tie Army Thread, after a long break the Tie Army is nearly ready to declare war once again.

Below are a few lines about the tie thread, anyone interested in join in must be prepaired to follow these guidelines as best they can.

If your a former Tie Army member then welcome back and if your a new member then welcome also.

The Tie Army thread is dedicated to something thats alot like a role play story.

Okay now on to the Guidelines:
1, This thread is about fun! I cant stress that enough
2, This thread is free for anyone to join
3, The story is set between ep 3 and ep 4, so there is no obi wan, yoda, luke, leia etc.
4, You can however assume other characters that are alive during the set time.
5, We all know that there were a few other jedis around so someone can be a jedi.
6, There are no other sith!! This again i cant stress enough remember there are only ever 2.
7, You can be either Rebel or a member of the Empire the choice is yours, but their are no kills in the tie thread. If you wish to leave and know you wont be coming back then we will create a story to cover your departure (capture and imprisonment perhaps).
8, If you choose to be a rebel you will answer to the rebel leader who has already been chosen, you will then be given a rank and mission to follow.
9, If you join the empire then you will answer to the Grand Admiral who has already been chosen, You will then be assigned a rank and a mission to follow.

Ok so i see many have joined up which is great to see, now both sides will need a leader which is something i have thought about over the last few weeks.

Now one of our newer members JCC1004 contacted me and expressed an intrest in leading the rebels, as such i have placed him in charge of the rebels. It will be the new Admirals challenge to organize his new forces and engage in a fun game with the Imperial side.

Due to my time being limited with other matters and as i wish to see this thread survive, i have handed over the day to day leadership of the Empire to someone who has shown a great love for the thread. So i have made Palin Jax the new Grand Admiral, i am sure Jax will be able to help give this thread the attention it deserves.

As for our new Jedi members, well i guess you guys will have to engage with the rebels or try to make stories with the Empire in some other form. Much the same for any wannabe Mando, Bounty Hunters, Droids, Gangsters etc.

Oh and to help keep track of sides etc, you might want to use either the empire or rebel symbol in your sig.

You can shrink them down in paint to make it a bit less harsh on the eyes!

Hmmm... If you wish to refer to yourself as Pallaeon, I have no objection. However, as the time frame is set between 3 and 4, Galed would mostly have had the rank of a Lt. Commander. I don't think it to be wise to start new characters that high, so you may start as a Ensign... Still quite high.

I haven't really had a chance to form a good start in for the story, so please be patient...

I had this Rebel logo that would blend with forum backgrounds but when I made it smaller it lost it's ability. Anyway I'm going to start Rebellion banner for myself feel free to use it if you like it. Also I'm going to use purple text because it's my second favorite and I'll leave the green to the Grand Moff of the Imperial bucketheads.
