Wow! It looks better and better. I love the look of that bridge, it's beautiful.
Can you do me a favor? I saw you had Mack's Team Truck, is it possible for you to take some close up pictures of the set? :D

Something added to mine layout :D .

Image

It's mine birthday present from myself. In a few weeks I'm a year wiser  . Mine plan is to make this building the home of the ghostbusters, who are already standing in the front of the building. I only need to design the white car of them. It needs to be 5studs wide. Smaller than the trains and bigger than the normal 4studs wide cars in mine town. Anyone ideas how to deal with this?

I don't have any ideas, I think you have to make it 6 studs wide, it always looks good.
That's a great Bday present indeed. Have fun with it. :)

I made something funny. Pic's say more than 1000 words :D :

Set 6678

Set 6678 with link treads:

This is how's made:

Though is very simply, but it makes a little set much more realistic to me.

Please keep the updates coming AFOL12v :)
I've recently got in to trains having picked up 7735 at a charity shop (almost complete) and added a Maersk and passenger train along with track. - its good to see how someone who knows what they're doing creates a layout :D
A quick question but is blokbricks someting to do with you? .. If so then great work on the turntable and the pnuematic control for points ;) :)

In the extra floors, I make a floor with only books and the other floor with tv's and audiostuff.

Thats a fine looking addition to your layout AFOL12v and an excellent idea to increase the shopping experiences of your minifigs. I really like the way you've put it at the main junction between the railways and the roadplates - its so big now perhaps it needs its own station or even a method of running a light railway through it (like a monorail station in las vegas).

The quenstion is, I'm back? I said it many times :D . Well everyone has trouble to get his head up to survive the hard economic these days. I guess many people keep their hobby on a low fire, just like me ;) .

Only I find it hard to find a balance between working and relaxed/enjoying life. I ordered some parts to make set 5770 electric to my panelcontrol of the trainlayout I have.
Image

I hope it will work as I have in mind. Wenn it's ready, I post some pic's of it.

It took 2 whole years form this idea tot realize :D . Finally I made it happen. I use lego-parts only ;) .

I used a mircomotor 9v to let turn around the mirror in the top. In the top there's offcourse a 9v lamp.
Image

Here you can see the bunch wires which gave me a pain in the head to get it all in nicely:
Image

And the light in the top.
Image

This set can be connected to my remote control 9v:
Image

It's not completly finished, but that will in a few days. I need to find a spot to place it somewhere in my attic. Than I will make a little movie so you can see the light really goes turning around.
