I wanted to bump this topic :)

It seems this year would be a perfect year for me. Iron Maiden coming with Sonisphere, so I'll have the chance to finally meet them. :D Also Judas Priest, Bon Jovi and Deep Purple coming!

Excellent mate !! I haven't seen Maiden for ages - I even saw them in a sort of private show in a small venue where I got them to sign my ticket :geek:

I'm going to have a freaking awsome year as well with the Big 4 at Sonisphere, System of a Down (yeay !!), Ozzy, Korn.

And to please my girlfriend Jamiroquai and Iamx

+ all I don't know as off now :D

Rock On !!

Maiden are coming to the UK so I've got tickets to see them in Manchester in July :D also managed to get tickets for Queens of the Stone Age in May, despite them selling out in around twelve seconds - ticketmaster were stupidly letting people buy 8 each, and what with the smaller venue (Manchester Academy) they were never going to last long

Also hoping to get to Sonisphere UK (Big 4, Diamond Head, Slipknot, Motorhead + Weezer :D) this year, depending on the monetary situation.

QOTSA tickets were really hard hard hard to get in Paris as well (like SOAD). Thankfully I am not a huge fan :D

Come on TK, you need to see the Big4 :geek: Can you buy daily passes for Knebworth ? In France you only have the 2 days pass for Amneville (less than 10 minutes driving from my gf :geek: )

I'm pretty pissed off, Slash opened for Ozzzy in Australia, and in Luxemburg its Bullets for my Valentine :x

Yeah you can get daily passes for around £75, as opposed to the 3-day weekend pass for £165 (or early entry £175), so if all else fails I'll just go for the one day to see Diamond Head and the Big 4 :D

It seems Judas is not coming alone! I'll have a chance to see Whitesnake too! I'm not the exact type of a blues person but I really like Whitesnake, it'd be a nice opportunity to see them. Also bought my tickets to Sonisphere at last. :)

I was in Sonisphere yesterday. It was just super-awesome. Other than Slipknot which I didn't really like, everything was great. In Flames was good, Mastodon was okayish at least they tried their best. :D Alice Cooper was brilliant, he did awesome job and also played a lot of songs, really impressed.

And of course, Iron Maiden \m/ it was the best 3 hours of my life for sure. I never had that much fun and I must confess that I've cried. :D

Weezer is one of my favorite bands. Gotta love "Pork and Beans" :D

Not too long ago, my mother took me and my father to see Jimmy Buffett, wasn't bad either ;)
Been gone for a while, so forgive me for digging up old news ;)

So I got tickets for Sonisphere in Knebworth next week :) can't wait, 4 day early entry pass. Stellar lineup that does indeed include Weezer, plus the Big 4, Diamond Head, Alestorm and a bunch of comedians including Bill Bailey. It's my first festival so I'm really looking forward to it :D

Lucky you mate !! Going to Sonisphere as well this friday and saturday but the line up is not as impressive as yours ;) I'm missing Maiden (though the setlistr is not as impressive as many years ago - yeay I am not a fan of the latest records), Bill Bailey and so many more

So happy to see the big 4 and Volbeat though :geek:

I've seen Volbeat last year! They are really awesome I must admit that. And big four too. Went to Judas Priest and Whitesnake too yesterday, it was quite brilliant, I've seen Judas Priest before but they were kick-ass again this time. And Whitesnake was pretty special aswell, even though I'm mostly a metal-head, I like blues-rock too. :)
